I had concerns about running the drain line into my septic tank. They trenched and ran the drain line under ground several hundred feet away from the house and grass. Rob the consultant who came to my home was great to work with and very knowledgeable. Dan, the owner, was absolutely wonderful to work with, patient with all my questions, incredibly knowledgeable, extremely honest, and was willing to do the work it took in order to install the water softener so it worked for both hot and cold water which was NOT an easy job. He and his crew did a stellar job and when they left, you would have hardly known they had to dig trenches around my home to install the piping just so I could have clean water. And that was extra work they normally don't have to do but we're willing to do so I could get the system. Something his competitors were unwilling to do and didn't even offer when I was gathering quotes. Dan says he likes to help people and this is one instance where I truly believe that because he helped me tremendously. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Thank you so much Rob, Dan, and all the guys who were here today for all your hard work!

Dan, the owner, was a great communicator throughout the process and was very transparent about the pros and cons of competitors' offering (I was clear that I was shopping around), allowing me to make an informed decision. I also appreciate that it was not a high-pressure process nor sale. Very professional. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend Progressive Water Solutions! They are super knowledgeable about clean water options. They are family run and you can trust they have your best interest at heart. We are thrilled to have an RO system for drinking water and whole house filter. We never felt pushed to consider other options we weren't interested in. The guys who did the install were great too.
