read moreDr. Rayher is a 1985 graduate of Illinois College of Optometry, where he received his Doctorate of Optometry Degree. He also has a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from C.W. Post University. He specializes in contact lenses and low vision evaluations. He is Advanced Certified to diagnose, treat, and manage diseases of the eye and to use Therapeutics and Pharmacological agents. He has been a Milford resident since 1986 and is involved in many community activities. He is a member of the Milford Chamber of Commerce, the Irish Heritage Society of Milford and previous member of the Stamford Lions Club.
