When investors purchased the business from Brodie Industrial Trucks who had been a Clark forklift dealer for many years. Shortly thereafter we opened a branch in Jamestown, NY which stayed open until 1994. It was that same year, 1994, that we took on the Daewoo forklift line that had recently split from Caterpillar as a contracted partner to manufacturer forklifts. By the year 1997 the firm had become an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Company. At that time we were a Clark and Daewoo dealer.
