Protective Relay Engineering

Protective Relay Engineering is the company that I (John Horak) created in 2005 to perform consultant/contract engineering services within the core fields as described on the P. R. E home page, marketing these services to Utilities, generation developers, industrial firms, engineering firms, and other end clients. P. R. E. Works solely in its specialized core field seen on the PRE home page. At present, John Horak is the only regular and full time employee of P. R. E, and projects have tended to be committed to tasks that I performs, without assistance of other employees or subcontractors.
