read more2019 will be the 15th year of Puentes Summer Spanish camps! Thank you Boise and Treasure Valley families! Each year we select the favorite games, songs, and activities, of our students for these fun, educational summer camps. Puentes Spanish camps are a fun, intensive language experience for new and continuing Spanish learners aged 6-10. We always teach our camps (and our classes, and our preschool) entirely in Spanish because, like learning our native language, this is how our brains LEARN LANGUAGE best!

Many Latino cultures celebrate the Day of the Child each year with fun activities for children. In Mexico, it's a free day at the schools with activities, games, food and candies. At Puentes, we honored the children in our school with a Day of the Child celebration. This was also be a great way for parents to participate, meet other parents, and join in the fun!

read morePuentes is considering offering different options for 1-week Language Learning Journeys to explore the culture, foods, music, and incredible terrain of Ecuador in 2017. We are planning for explorers aged 10 and above (children accompanied by at least one parent) who want to speak Spanish (at least part of the time, ideally most of the time). Both options include airfare for domestic flights and airport transfers, accommodations in double occupancy, transport during tours, certified tour guide, most meals (B breakfast, L lunch, D dinner), all entrance fees to museums/parks.
