In February 2007, Courtney Klick and Katy Martens co-created Puja Wellness in order to provide our community a range of services within the areas of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Massage. The goal of our service is to empower, educate and inspire you all on your journey to health, healing and happiness. From this website you can expect tidbits of experience and beauty related to Ayurveda, Yoga, and Massage and other ancient healing arts. Our hope for you is that this wisdom will nourish, rejuvenate and renew the curious healer within.

Based in Kenosha, Puja offers Ayurvedic Consultations, Ayurvedic body therapies, Panchakarma, Medicinal Aromatherapy training, and Animal Wellness consultations. The word "Puja" is a word meaning "act of worship." Additionally, the word "pj" is actually a Sanskrit, and means reverence, honor, homage, adoration, and worship. So if we enter into our daily self-care as "acts of worship, " we are connected to the Divine in this daily practice. This kind of sacred living has been part of my life and teachings for many years. The formal business of Puja Wellness was founded by Katy Martens and Courtney Klick and located in Madison. David Lincecum purchased the Madison Puja from them. Puja Wellness dissolved and permanently closed in Madison in March of 2017.
