I cannot say enough good things about Walter and his service! He is very timely, professional, and caring. It is difficult to find reliable and trustworthy people to work on your home nowadays. Walter is very invested in the health of your home and how you FEEL living in your space. We have so much more peace of mind knowing he has helped us clean up our home twice now.
It has been a journey trying to fix our home and clean up issues from the previous owners that were a mystery the past 5 years! Walter has helped to simplify things, release the fear of mold and help us move on. Our middle son was exposed to mold in utero and as an infant when more vulnerable to the toxins. Long story short, he had many unexplained issues since birth the biggest one being a speech delay.
We live a very healthy lifestyle so we were perplexed. Since the fogging, he has really showed amazing progress. The speech therapist said he is like a different kid. One quote in her office portrays our situation perfectly and that is "when a flower doesn't bloom, you fix the environment not the flower."

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. I will forever be grateful that we stumbled upon this company as I was currently undergoing a mold detox protocol for my body. We spent several months trying to locate mold within our house, as we had previously had the air tested which confirmed there was in fact toxic mold in multiple locations. The fogging process that Pure Mold Free applies skips the need to find the hidden mold as the fogging penetrates essentially everything--walls, floors, etc. (It even killed the bacteria in the yogurt I had been fermenting.) Walter was as professional and informative as it gets, and timely with his arrivals and return messages.
He completed the fogging in the time frame he promised, and I cannot stress enough what a difference having had this done has made for my family. Our 4 year old dog who has had chronic ear infections no longer sleeps all day, now has an energy about her we haven't seen in years, and has not had an ear infection since the fogging. My daughter no longer wakes up coughing and sneezing, and overall has very little congestion anymore. And, the best (and totally unexpected) outcome of this all is that my husband immediately stopped snoring! (Which of course makes my night of sleep exponentially better!) All this being said, without one tiny bit of reservation, I HIGHLY recommend this company and their service to all.

Pure Mold Free is a great choice for mold remediation. Although we haven't use this company personally we know about the process that Walter uses. It's pretty amazing that in 4 to 6 hours. Most homes can be mold free with either no demo or virtually no demo. The absolute best part about the process is not only no harsh chemicals are used, but a hospital grade cold sterilant is used. Lastly, they will apply an antimicrobial protection. This will help keep the home mold free for years to come. I am very happy to recommend this process to anyone suffering from mold exposure or toxicity.

I'd give it ten stars if I could! I've contacted a few companies to learn more about the procedure and costs. Working with Pure Maintenance of Will County's process gave me great confidence, and the pricing alone was competitive with comparable restoration firms. Working with the owner, Walter, was exceedingly knowledgeable and professional, was a pleasure.
I know it sounds funny, but since Pure Maintenance has been at my house, I've been able to sleep better. When I find a great company, I tell my friends and family about it, so if you're on the fence, I'm confident you'll be very happy.

I was referred to pure maintenance by my realtor after experiencing significant water damage resulting in mold and was lead to believe that my house would have to be demolished in order to get rid of the mold. Pure maintenance was extremely sensitive to my situation and provided me with hope after telling me that they could get rid of the mold without demolishing my house.
Even though he was so busy, he was kind enough to to expedite the mold mitigation so that my kids and could live in a place that was safe to live in. I cannot thank Pure Maintenance enough for their kindness, compassion and diligence in resolving my situation. Cannot thank Walter and his team enough for taking care of my step mom's house with this new technology to remove the mold, germs smoke and bacteria is just amazing! Not only does it remove it but also prevents new growth. My step Mom has COPD and the quality of air she is now breathing at home is just pure and clean. When I brought her home from the hospital she walked in and said oh my gosh i cannot believe my condo smells and just feels amazingly clean and so fresh.
She has not had any coughing spells and has been able to sleep soundly rather than getting up and using her inhaler. I do not hear her sound like she is gasping for air when talking since we had this done. Prior to starting Everything was explained clearly and I was educated from start to finish of the process. Walter and his team over delivered and under promised with such professionalism.
Again I thank Walter and his whole team for the quality of service they provided. In Fact I set an appointment for my Mom's home as she also has COPD and Lunger cancer and I know doing this process to her home will improve her quality of air she is breathing, which I am confident she will be able to sleep through the night peacefully and possibly not need the high setting of oxygen as she is using now.
