We currently have superb service management and a staff of pre-screened, experienced service technicians. Majority of our customers come to us by referral. We're not commission based, this means we pay our technicians a salary whether or not they sell a job. That way they can really concentrate on what the customer really requirements instead of worrying about the commissions they could make out of each service call.

I just want to acknowledge the excellent service we recently received from Quail Plumbing originally contacted through Scottsdale plumbing.
Our home is 50+ years old. The sewer line cracked between the house and the street. The entire pipe needed to be replaced.
We had 2 quotes for repair. Quail came in at a more reasonable quote and we went with them. This included the camera scope, dig, pipe replacement and putting the dirt back to the original look. We thought we were going to have to dig up our walking path as well but they were able to navigate around the path instead. *After completion, we re-seeded the lawn ourselves ourselves.
We worked directly with Kevin but the entire crew were professional and couldn't have been nicer. They were respectful of us and the property.
The crew really seamed to enjoy their jobs.

Brandon Rozier arrived timely and got right to work fixing my leaking toilet. He correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He neatly caulked the toilet base and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. He tested it multiple times to make sure there was no leak. It works and looks like new, and the charge was reasonable. He also took 5 minutes to look at my kitchen faucet and provide his thoughts that I might be able to easily fix the issue myself. I tried it and my wife was delighted with the results. I hope Quail sends Brandon on my next plumbing call. He is very professional.

I've been a customer of Quail Plumbing for a number of years now. I have an older house and things clog and crack. They have always provided great, reliable service for a fair price. The plumbers have always been professional and capable. I never feel like I'm being overcharged. I will continue to use them as my go-to plumber!
