Mark is a computer wizard. Had a few problems going on that he was able to diagnose and negotiate with suppliers for a better deal. He put a lot of time into making sure everything was right and kept me notified on the progress.

I originally had a negative experience with this business, however, it turns out that my laptop had been shoved by the waste-side by an employee who had skipped-out on them. Once they became aware of my computer, they worked diligently to solve the issue, and Mark, the owner, was profusely apologetic. Unfortunately, once they found the several hardware culprits, it would cost more to repair than to replace the 4 year-old laptop. But I can't fault them for that. I look forward to Mark's recommendations for another gaming laptop- that won't die a death like this one.

Mark has worked on several of our family's computers over the past 13 years! he's always been professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable! Mark from RAD built me a very fast desktop computer that ran reliably for five years (that's about two years longer than the average computer's life span). On the occasions when problems arose, Mark could access my computer remotely, which I found convenient. Naturally, some of the hardware began to fade as it aged (USB ports, DVD burner), but those items are easily replaced, even by novices.

The machines are tailor made for each client's unique needs and budget constraints. Once set up, the machines run reliably. Just as importantly, I rarely had trouble hailing Mark when I had questions and concerns.

Mark helped me out on Easter 2017. I needed another computer since mine had been stolen. Mark GAVE me a refurbished computer, that was better than the one I had stolen. He invited me to his home, made me feel welcome amongst his family, and gave me the greatest Easter gift I've been given since be coming a man. THANK YOU MARK!

Mark really took care of all my issues. He took my stress from 10 to a 1 in no time flat. I had 2 business computers breakdown on me and he restored them even made them better then before. 5 stars for Nick! Initially, I thought it was a hard disk failure in my laptop that could have cost me couple hundred dollars. After diagnosis, Nick told me it's just a bunch of viruses and OS recovery without losing any of my data. Service cost was considerably less than what other service centers quoted to me. Also, if you're looking for used external monitors, you can find some cheap models here. I will definitely recommend this service center to my friends & colleagues.

Super fast, affordable and very convenient!
