RCC-WL specialized in in two-way radio service and that same year was appointed as a General Electric Service Shop (GESS). The main focus was installing and maintaining GE two-way radio systems in the commercial-industrial and public safety markets. RCC-WL, maintained various communications systems in NE Iowa. With the increased business and the resulting additional personnel RCC-WL in 1975 moved to a larger facility in Waterloo to provide space.
