Born and raised in Seattle, chef and owner Steve Yip graduated from the culinary arts school at Seattle Central Community College. He has been in the food industry for over twenty years and has worked in several of the area's best restaurants including Elliott's Oyster House, Alki Bakery & Caf, Harbor Club, The Butcher, Latitude 47, and Maribou. Now with his own catering firm he brings his knowledge and commitment to fine cuisine to you.
