Had set up an AC check-up appointment and learned in the meantime that my AC was not cooling. Ravinia was able to move up the appointment. Ty listened carefully to my explanation of events and contributed well thought out responses. I felt heard and well treated. He is an asset to your business.

I scheduled Ravinia to review house plumbing. In particular I wanted the pumps (2) in one of my 2 sump pits to be assessed as they are aging. Danny from Ravinia reviewed this and agreed that the 2 pumps were at risk. He left a quote with me and I scheduled him back the next week. Danny returned and got right to work. 2 - 2.5 hours later he was pretty much finished. My expectations were easily exceeded. First Danny explained his solution and then he made it happen. The solution included the install of an alternator which automatically switches from one pump to the other and as such balances the work load. The prior configuration did not do this. Although there were 2 pumps, they did not alternate and therefore, one pump was overworked and the other hardly used. Now everything is in balance. Danny also made sure to write the date of installation on each PVC pipe attached to each pump. A nice and convenient touch. Danny also then demonstrated the solution which of course worked perfectly. I recently switched to Ravinia based on my daughter’s recommendation. I am very happy with this decision. Ravinia’s staff and field operations are very professional, explain things well, work efficiently, and treat their customers like no other. I highly recommend them.

charlie came to our house right on the dot. he went through our list of issues one by one very patiently and professionally and solved all of them. very pleased with the services we received. the charges are very reasonable too. also i have to say when we made the appointment over the phone, the lady who handled the phone processed our issues carefully so she can prep the service tech before they come out. so it was a very seamless operation, which is not an easy management task.

We have used Ravinia (and Bishop Heating before it merged with Ravinia) for many years. We have always been extremely happy with their service: the initial call, the times offered for service, attention to emergencies, the servicemen, and the follow-up when necessary. Jason did a terrific job installing my new water shut off valves for my washer and dryer along with a new main emergency water shutoff valve. This was on top of him installing a new faucet a few months ago. I was unaware of the valves being in need of replacement but when Jason showed me the condition they were in, it was a no brainer to have them upgraded. In the event of an emergency, a busted valve would be catastrophic. Jason was efficient, professional and extremely thorough. He went so far as to label my gas line so there would be no confusion if I ever needed additional work done. Ravinia has installed a new furnace, air conditioner and tankless water system in my home over the past several years and each project has been executed at the highest level.
