Raz Imports

Just received my first and last order. I was charged 36% shipping from Texas to Michigan for a smaller order consisting of all signs except 2 wall planters. No special freight or trucks needed. It came on a regular UPS truck. I thought for sure that almost $200 shipping on a $500 order had to be an error. When I asked customer service about it, I was told rates are high and because it was shipped to a residential address rates are even higher. I'm an online shop so I don't have a brick and mortar address. I have never had a wholesale company charge me this much because of my address. I'm able to receive shipments by semi on pallets to this same address and am never charged over 18% even from CA. As if it isn't hard enough to get sales right now, having to jack up my prices even more to cover this outrageous shipping is such a blow. Buyer beware. If I had known that this is how much they charge for shipping I would have never ordered.
