Rosa took a chance and ventured into the construction industry many years ago. Although the industry has always been predominantly male, she pushed forward in becoming a successful business owner. She has educated and trained herself to compete as an equal. She earned ever more knowledge by working closely with general contractors, roofing contractors, electrical contractors, architects and engineers. Her experience has enabled her to launch RCA Construction. Which has now been meeting customer demands for general construction and construction management and jobsite safety June of 2005.
