Products & Services

Septic Installation
read moreIf you are having a new home, cabin, or commercial property built that is beyond the reach of the Monroe, North Carolina sewer line system, give us a call at RCS Inc. to learn about our septic installation services. A septic system is the sewer alternative where the waste will be contained and break down on your property instead of being sent to a waste processing center.
Septic Repair
read moreWe are also dedicated to helping you avoid septic repair by sharing information about how to best care for your septic system and maintain it to keep it at peak performance. If you do need septic repair, well try to locate the cause of the problem so that you can take steps to avoid a reoccurrence. If you have just purchased a home in the Monroe, North Carolina area with a septic system and you are unfamiliar with them, please reach out to us to learn the dos and donts involved with septic systems.
Septic Tanks
read moreWe know home septic tanks exceptionally well, and one of the things that we have found is that you can expect a very long life from them, in most cases, as long as you keep up the maintenance. That is why we offer semi-annual maintenance packages, while most companies just say to call them every 3 to 5 years to have the tank pumped out. While it might not need septic pumping and cleaning on every visit, it gives us the opportunity to conduct other maintenance and inspections so any issues can be resolved in a timely manner.

Testimonials

Grant Russell
read moreI can't say enough good things about this company. We got their info from a friend that used them a year or so ago. They came out the next morning to pump our tank, and another crew was sent a few days later to fix a crushed drain field line. They had no idea what type of drain field we had, but they quickly figured it out using their years of experience. After only 2 hours, and minimal damage to our yard, they had the drain line repaired and the hole covered back up.

read moreThe entire staff were polite and professional. Barbara was especially helpful, she called early in the morning to see if we were ready, then called again to say the crew was on their way. The crew that came out were courteous. Not only pumping out the septic tank, also fixing a blocked drain line coming from our home. Excellent job by everyone, on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 10. They were affordable and worth every penny we paid them.

read moreWe were preparing to go out of town Monday when we discovered a problem with the septic system. RCS sent two men out who quickly determined the problem was a ruptured underground main line. They returned with the equipment needed to dig up and repair the line. In the process, they discovered and repaired a major crack in the septic tank that we were unaware existed. Great company! We've used them twice before and always received prompt and excellent service.

read moreI'd give them more stars if I could. I called and talked briefly with whom I presume is the owner. He said that they could be out tomorrow, which was fine with me. Well, they showed up today, dug up the access spots, pumped everything out, and were gone in just over an hour. The guys were nice, and the price was 1/4th what I paid to another company a few years ago. That's not an exaggeration.
This isn't a slick new company. They've been in business 30 years (per the guy that came out), and apparently they focus on just getting the job done and done well. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.
