IRR-Residential Valuation Consultants, LLP was established in January of 2007 with a partnership between Real Estate Valuation Consultants. And Integra Realty Resources, DFW. Scott Burdette, SRA is the managing manager and has more than 21 years of knowledge in the domestic appraisal profession. He has either performed or directly supervised the completion of over 40, 000 appraisals including many unique and special properties. He served as president of the Appraisal Institute's Central Texas Chapter from 2002 through 2003.
