
The true test was applying these boot camp sessions to my training outside of this program. It was most noticeable after my 1st week of Dragon Boat practice. I was not fatigued during or after practice, and I have more power in pulling back the water in moving the boat forward. At the gym, in using weight machines, I am able to add 10-15lbs extra, and in free weights 5 to 10lbs more than normal.
