We will discuss the guidelines of returning the property undamaged and cleaning requirements at lease signing. Our lease and state guidelines requires you or us to give 60 days notice to either party before the first of the next month. We ask that all notices be given in writing to our office. Once your notice is given/received, we will send out a move out check list to help you through the process.
