Red Lion Hotels

Red Lion Hotels Corporation was established in 1937 under the name Goodale & Barbieri Companies (G&B) Between 1937 and 1976, G&B focused on 3rd-party commercial and domestic property management services and real estate development in Spokane, Washington. The Company's history of owning and operating hotels commenced in 1976 when it constructed the River Inn in Spokane. The proprietary Cavanaughs brand name was set up in 1980. In 1987, the Company established G&B Select A Seat, a computerized event ticketing firm, which now operates under the name TicketsWest.
