This was the greatest service call experience I ever had. Joel made a appt and arrived on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable, checking and explaining as he went along. We knew a new HVAC System was needed so we were not looking forward to this appt. Needless to say Joel made it easier to bear. He gave us a great honest price and had the unit installed on the date and time we wanted. I will be using them for all my future service calls. Check them out.

Highly recommended. I had a new system installed 4 years ago and have had to call several times for problems. Called several ac repair companies and no call back. Called Redwood at 4:45pm closes at 5 and he said we’ll be out the next morning. Eric showed up on time, was very professional and explained and fixed my problem and he has my system running so much better. AC needs I recommend Eric at Redwood.

Right before Thanksgiving our furnace wasn't distributing heat at all. I decided to contact Redwood Heating & Air Conditioning. Technician Joel & team came to do an assessment in which our condensate drain was clogged and thermostat needed to be replaced. Due to it being the day before the holiday they didn't have a new thermostat on hand. They did install a temporary one to ensure we had some heat for the holiday. They returned promptly as scheduled after the holiday to install a new one. I'm now able to live comfortably in my home thanks to this company. I plan on using them for all my future needs, they are very professional. The price was Great as well!!! Thanks again Joel and team!!!!
