Situated in NW Rochester's Maplewood Neighborhood, it is just three miles N of downtown and four miles S of Lake Ontario. Easy access to expressways means it's minutes from anywhere. The Murphy family was the 1st to live here in 1910. Rose, Irene and Calissa, three of then six Murphy kids, lovingly cared for their home for 60 years. The Julians and the Clarks were residents in the 1970s and 1980s and the Saltrellis have been here since 1989.
