Rehabilitation Care Group

At Lubbock Health Care Center, our philosophy is to supply each person with the environment and assistance that promotes the greatest standard of care while encouraging independence. An expert, interdisciplinary, medical team, overseen by our Medical Director, supplies comprehensive programs designed to help each person to gain his or her maximum ability. We provide progressive rehabilitative and long-term care programs as well as short term or respite care. Services include 24hr nursing care, physical, speech and occupational therapies, specialized dietary services, recreational activities.
