Remote Rescue

If you have a problem with your pc you can call and built up an appointment for us to log into your pc remotely. This saves you the hassle of unplugging your pc and taking it to a repair shop only to wait for a few days before they look at it. We'll actually see your screen as you see it so it is easy to show us the problem. As long as you can access the internet (any high speed connection is fine) we can do most of the things a computer tech could do at your situation such as virus removal, spyware removal, aid with setting up a program, aid with email, and the list goes on.
