Maintenance Requests
read moreFor emergency maintenance issues outside of normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm), please call our After Hours Emergency Line at 208-616-4298. An emergency maintenance issue is defined as anything that endangers life or poses severe damage risk to the property if not corrected immediately (example: flooding). Issues outside of these items will not be handled as emergencies. If the maintenance request is to fix something that was due to tenant damage or responsibility, the tenant will be charged.
