read moreAt Rex & Sons RVs you have 14 days from time of shipment to return an item for a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and you, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping charges to Rex & Sons RVs. All non-defective items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the item was shipped free or at a reduced rate (Shipping to you was less then what we paid), then you will also be charged the actual shipping charge. Special order items, electrical items and items that require freight truck shipping are not returnable.
