Rhode Island Dermatology

Dr. Welch graduated from Colgate University with a B. S. In Biology with honors in Microbiology and received a M. S. In Microbiology from Rensselear Polytechnic Institute. He received his M. D. Degree from Albany Medical College with honors and was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Welch served as an internal medicine resident at Albany Medical Center Hospital and completed his dermatology residency at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC.
