Richard K. Apt, M. D. Is a professional refractive surgeon who has been delivering up to date comprehensive eye care to the communities of Southern California since 1974. He is Board Certified in Ophthalmology and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Association of Cataract & Refractive Surgery, the California Association of Ophthalmology, and the Outpatient Ophthalmic Surgical Society. Raised and educated in greater Los Angeles, Dr. Apt graduated from Loyola University and completed medical school at UC Irvine.
