From the offices of Dynamic Properties in Anchorage, Rick Giliam has taken more customers successfully from the starting line to the dotted line than the average agent will in a lifetime. Rick arrived in Anchorage in 1962 as a youngster, and has been a resident ever since. After gaining his B. A. Degree in Marketing, he owned several successful businesses in Anchorage before going into real estate full-time in 1990. Rick has been a Realtor ever since.
