As a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Rickman Management adheres to and upholds with the highest regard, the code of ethics set forth by both Institutes. Rickman Management places a strong focus on continuing education and frequently attends local seminars, training programs, as well as CAI and IREM continuing education courses.
