Rick and Aly Salz blended their expertise to create a business providing custom screen-printed t-shirts for colleagues and friends. Within a few months, the business had outgrown hobby-hours and became their full-time job. Moving to Oregon in the early 90's, Righteous set up shop in the Portland area. The team recognized that business was moving to the web, so e-commerce and fulfillment services were added to their offerings, with a special emphasis on serving the restaurant industry.
