Absolutely OUTSTANDING! Amy and Tabitha were awesome from the time we walked into the showroom as well as everyone who was involved. Installers were polite, courteous and ON TIME! They gave us an installation date and actually was able to beat that date. Installation is not subbed out, they use in house crews. They cut and matched the slabs we selected to perfection.
We are simply delighted with the end result. Highly recommend stopping in and seeing them, especially if you have pricing from someone else. There is no Nickle and diming you with a sink cut or a stove cut or "that piece is larger" They are absolute "Rock" stars!

Rock Solid made the process of selecting, purchasing and installing my new bathroom vanity tops incredibly easy. Everything went smoothly thanks to Amy, who had to talk me down on installation day. Coordinated activities were falling apart, and I was somewhat abrupt with her on the phone. She took it all in stride, and followed up with the installers to get an ETA so I could alert my contractor and plumber. Great experience and love my new counter tops!

The Rock Solid team are "Rock Stars". From start to finish we had a truly great experience. Tabitha was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in helping us with selection. Amy, the company owner was timely with follow up, communicating pricing, product information and installation timeframe. Paul, our installer is extremely professional and skilled.
He suggested adding a quartz backsplash to compliment our countertops which was an excellent suggestion! We LOVE our new kitchen countertops, backsplash and sink thanks to the team at Rock Solid.
