Great customer interaction experience at Rocket Review. I visited on 7/6/23 having used them several years ago. Wade and Richard exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. One example: I purchased locks - Richard cut the package open and ensured the keys worked.
Richard was very professional, friendly and attentive to my needs. I've used other storage locations outside Texas and the customer service is far better than I've experienced.

We needed to move on a short hand notice and we were looking for places to store our belongings. We had no boxes and no way to pack all of our items. Wade was so kind and understanding with our situation. He gave us exactly what we needed without trying to drive up the price. He showed us his amazing selection of boxes, tape, and protective wrapping. The atmosphere of the facility felt very friendly and the storage units themselves were immaculate. Will definitely be using their services more in the future.

After browsing multiple storage locations and speaking with site management we didn't have any terrible experiences. Rocketstorage site manager Emily left a lasting impression at their FM78 location that sold the experience. Excellent customer service, great facilities, and availability made it an easy choice to store our valuable and personal belongings with peace of mind.

Wade was amazingly helpful. This was was my first time needing a storage unit and Wade walked me through everything and at a wonderfully fair price. Was able to store everything I needed to. Great place to store your items. Very safe and easy to get to.
