MOBILE, Ala. Jerome Stockwell has big plans. A bartender at Romano's Macaroni Grill since it opened off Airport Boulevard, he is working on his bachelor's degree in business management with an emphasis on entrepreneurship at the University of South Alabama. And he has began a graphic design and audio production business called Roman Empire. The 27-year-old said he's been in the music industry for ten years and hopes to make Roman Empire a major record label located in Mobile, but with studios all over the country.
