RRI is intricately involved in the bid and construction administration phases of a project to better assist and assure the Building Owner/Manager that their new roof system, replacement roof system, or roof repairs will be properly installed in accordance with the specifications and accepted/approved roofing practices. The RRI roof analysis and evalution includes a comprehensive and thorough investigation of all components impacting the performance of the roof system and waterproofing integrity such as the roof membrane, thermal insulation, flashings, parapet walls, and drainage components.
