read moreI had a small leak in my daughter's closet after some heavy rains. Roof Royale came out and inspected my roof and Attic the same day I called, and said I see no damage on roof. He offered to come out the next time again and check the attic when it leaked To see where the leak was coming from. This is such a good customer service experience. I expected to hear how bad it was. He said it was just the deteriorating plastic pipe-jack because we got a 7 inches of rain. Took care of it that day and havent had a leak since. I love the fact that He was honest not trying to say things was wrong when it wasn't. This is my new roofing company for the future. Integrity and honesty go a long way. Thank you.

read moreI went through many roofers and free estimates but Austin roof royale really went above and beyond. It wasnt just to get my money they showed me everything that was wrong and made sure to tell me what would happen and would occur if I didnt fix the main problem. Every other roofing company wanting to just nickel and dime me. These guys wanted the best for me no matter what it cost. Their service was phenomenal they went above any beyond to be sure my roof was done and completed in a timely manner due to my kids and living situation. I highly recommend this team for their quality work and loyalty to repair my roof and make sure I dont have any problems later in life. You wont be disappointed with the work of these guys.

read moreI was in need of a new roof so I called Roof Royale for a quote. Tony came out and was extremely professional, and helpful. He thoroughly went through everything wrong with the roof. He also took his time to look up my deductible on my home owners policy and to explain how the process will work. We are scheduled to do the job in the next week at which time I will update my status. If its anything like the service that I've received so far then it will be outstanding.

I meant to come back and follow up on this review after the job was complete but it slipped my mind. Roof Royale was everything I expected and more. I already spoke about my first interaction with Tony and it was great. Since then I spoke with his wife and crew and everyone was very professional and more than helpful. They knocked my roof out in one day as well as completed all cleanup. When they were finished it looked like they were never there with the exception of my amazing looking roof.

read moreTony and Jessica of Roof Royale responded to a request I made online concerning a problem I had from a previous contractor. They were very responsive and spent far more time at my home than I expected for the money they received. After an initial inspection Tony tried a conservative inexpensive attempt though he said from the beginning what should have been done. Ultimately, Tony ended up tearing out large portions of shingles and replaced flashing and shingles while installing "Ice and Water" to keep future leaks at bay. Jessica kept me updated about arrival times and worked closely with me. Though all of this should have been done by my initial contractor Tony and Jessica completed the job the right way and the cost to me was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them.
