Prior to the inspection I read the reviews, which were quite favorable. The tech was prompt, efficient, and very professional. However, what was most impressive to me was his honest assessment of my roof. Unfortunately there are other companies who would have provided false information in order to make a sale.

Professional and courteous. Assessment was accurate. Roof is in good shape. Not very old. When I need repairs, I will be happy to hire them.

My roofing claim has finally been approved thanks to Roofing USA! The first claim I submitted without a roofing company was denied. Abby and Keegan were instrumental in this claim getting approved. They kept everything moving even when our family was dealing with an unexpected crisis. We haven't started the work yet but I have complete faith that the job will be done right.

It must have been assumed that I would purchase a new roof only if State Farm accepted my claim. I would be interested in RoofingUSA's BEST estimate for the cost to replace the roof so I can research some choices. Thank you.

John Burley was incredibly helpful. We called because of a leak we were having. He did a full inspection of our roof and came back with an estimate of what was needed instead of trying to sell us on a full replacement. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to fix an issue, but hesitant they would feel pressure to replace the entire roof.

Tom Lang with Roofing USA performed a roof inspection and then after insurance company approval a full roof replacement due to hail damage. Very pleased with Roofing USA and the inspector (John B.) that came out to my house. After having to deal with other contractors, it was very refreshing to work with a group that was honest, respectful and responsive. John B. completed a roof inspection and gave me a honest assessment. He did not try and sell me something that we didn't need. Actually did a few minor repairs at no charge. Like i said I didn't need a new roof at this time, but when I do I will be calling back Roofing USA to do the work. Very impressed so far.

I had a roofing company do an inspection recently and after about 10 minutes on the roof they reported "significant" hail damage and helped me to file a claim right away. I didn't feel right about the whole experience, so I cancelled the claim. Then John B. from Roofing USA shows up and I decided to get a second opinion. John spent about 40 minutes on the roof in 94 degree sunshine, and he reported my roof is in good shape and couldn't find any damage from hail. I appreciate his honesty and now I have a roofing company I can trust when I do need a replacement. Thanks John!

Very attentive during project. Jason came to my home and explained the whole project, and his employees showed up on time and did the project in a timely fashion. Once, done they came back a day later to do final touch up work. They kept the site clean, worked around weather delays to complete the project without delay. All questions carefully answered. They were hard workers, and respectful. I would use them again if needed.

USA ROOFING, is a very professional and knowledgeable Company. John inspected our roof. We have some issues to remedy. I think USA Roofing, with John's professional assessment and intervention with a different roofing company on our behalf, our dispute will be resolved without a long and tedious experience.

Came and did my inspection. I knew I had a leak, and they found it! Now the only question was, " What will the repair cost?". Well, he went up on the roof and repositioned a rubber seal. took all of 10 minutes, and there was no charge. I'm impressed. Positive Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value. More

From beginning to end, Tom Lang was there for all our questions and concerns. His knowledge and experience were valuable tools to complete our project. Any and all concerns we had he addressed. We even worked with him while on a road trip and prior to our flight down to our winter home. He gave us his all and we appreciate all his efforts. This was my first time making a claim against my homeowners insurance. Cody helped me navigate the (overly complicated) waters of doing so and handled the submission of the initial claim, when the field adjuster came and the final paperwork to the insurance company. The crew was timely and got the job done in one day. They cleaned up quite well, I think my back deck is cleaner when they left than when they came!

Tim and Cooper at Roofing USA stayed on top of the entire process from inspection of our roof, dealing with the insurance company, to completion and inspection of the new roof. Along the way the communication and personal attention were excellent. The roofing team took their time on a complicated roof and made sure everything was done well. Professionals at every step.

The sales team were so informative and friendly. They took the lead on speaking with our insurance company. We were only approved for half of the roof to be replaced and Roofing USA insisted on an entire replacement. It was no additional cost to me. The roofing crew were fast (2 days), friendly, quiet (as quiet as removing a roof could be), and clean.

The entire time 4 roofers were removing shingles, 1 was on the ground cleaning up. It was wonderful to have someone keeping my yard tidy so I could let my dogs out when the time came. One of my screens were nicked by a falling shingle and they replace it immediately, as well as the one right next to it just so it didn't look faded. I was completely taken care of from start to finish and now I have the best looking roof on the block.

I meet with Jesse I want to share my experience. He is an honest, caring person, and is a very knowledgeable professional. He gave us a thorough inspection, and found that we didn't need to replace the roof for another five years. I appreciate his honesty & Professionalism, you don't find that in to many people these days. I would definitely recommend USA Roofing & will use them for my new roof when the time comes!

We were recommended Roofing USA from a well know builder in our area. He recommended them based on their reputation, value and how they operate. We got a timely response from Brian and were given a consultation. After the consultation the decision was easy. I would use them again and would recommend them to our neighbors. They do great work.
