Great customer service! Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Byron, the owner, was very personable and made contact with me the same day I called and quickly scheduled a day to visit. He answered all my questions and provided me with a very competitive quote in writing. He and his crew arrived on time, finished the job in one day and cleaned-up everything afterwards. I appreciated how Byron supervised the project, was always available to me for additional questions, and provided me with all the information and forms I needed to send to my insurance company including the free Mitigation Inspection report. I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience and highly recommend RoofPro Roofing in Destin.

RoofPro Roofing was very prompt in contacting me back on my project, less than 24 hours. The leadership was very courteous and professional during the initial quote. I was impressed about the process that would be followed during the roof replacement, which included a Wind Mitigation Report. They were very competitive in their pricing. I had four quotes for my roof and RoofPro provided the second lowest quote. However, the company with the lowest price did not have the same quality replacement process. In addition, they had an impressive color chart of shingles available to match or contrast the color of my home.

Very quick response and came out next day to do estimate. Professional honest conversation about my options. Wanted to add that the estimate was very affordable and when I agreed to work they came out on a Sunday to complete. Highly recommend!!!

We had an issue with our shingles that was the result of the poor workmanship of the original installer, who is no longer in business. We contacted RoofPro and they responded immediately with our options to eliminate the issue. They were able to repair them within two weeks of our first communication. I recommend this experienced and reasonable company!

Using Angi for the first time to fix a roof leak was a good experience. We received 4 contacts & via follow up calls we chose RoofPro Roofing. They promptly responded to all our questions & scheduled a site visit. Neil arrived on time, gave us his card and was so courteous. He provided clear details of his service plan. He had googled our roof & examined the locale to ensure he had everything necessary to examine the issue & give us an estimate. He did the inspection, quoted a very reasonable cost, did the repair & even checked the vent on the other side of the house. He explained it was a squirrel problem with them chewing on the vent. He recommended annual inspections & said he would check back after we had a couple of rains to ensure it was no longer an issue. What a great experience & RoofPro Roofing definitely lived up to its name. Professional services with expert & courteous staff completed in a timely manner!

Once the insurance company settled, and the roofing began, it was simple. They did a fantastic job. I had one small leak, and notified them via email, and they sent someone out to correct the problem.

I had a leak in my roof that two other roofers attempted to repair, I still had a leak. RoofPro found the source of the leak and were able to make the repairs. It took a couple trips, but they didn't give up. Even after it was repaired, the owner reached out later to make sure it was taken care of. When I need a new roof, they will be my first call.

We had a small tornado touch down in the neighborhood. A neighbors tree had fallen on our roof. Thank goodness, our damage wasnt as bad as it could have been-
But in the height of the panic from all the homes affected, Roof Pro came through immediately, They were professional & a pleasure to deal with!
Even with it being a small job they jumped on it quickly. Other companys seemed to not be interested because it was a small job.
These guys were quick to respond and address the repair. Cant even tell anything ever happened.
When it comes time for a reroof I can guarantee they will be the first ones I call!
