Dean has come to our home a couple times now to fix various issues. He always gets the job done, and in a timely manner. When there was a mysterious odor coming from our toilet, we werent sure if it was the toilet seat (an easier, cheaper fix) or if there was an issue with the flooring around the base of the toilet (definitely a more expensive fix). He could have easily started with the tougher fix and charged more, but instead he told us he would start with the easier thing first and take it from there. We definitely feel we can trust him, which can be hard to find.

Dean came to my house today and was absolutely professional. He was quick to diagnose our issue, and fix the problem. Nathan with RooterMan was able to come to my house the same day for a pipe/sewer line backing up. He found the hidden clean out (I had no idea where it was), was super nice/calm/professional and explained everything to me as he found things. Walked me through the whats and hows and got it fixed with minimal intrusion. I would 100% recommend him and will be using him for future needs emergency and non-emergency. I can not say enough good things about this company. Our kitchen sink clogged for no apparent reason the day before a house full of company was due to come in. we called a company we had previously used and they gave us an appointment for a week out. that was not going to work. I went on my trusty Facebook page and asked for referrals .Everyone said Rooterman and Nelson Huggins were great so my husband left a message at 9 pm on a Sunday night and they were there before 10 am the next day. They were amazing. had the problem fixed in under an hour and for less than what we expected to pay. Nathan was our tech and he was so pleasant. I will never use another plumbing company

Professional, friendly, helpful and speedy! Alex was our service technician and was fantastic. Helped us install a new garbage disposal and faucet and walked us through all the features. Quoted a fair price for quality work before he started, disposed of all the old parts, cleaned up the work and didn't even wake up the kids who were napping. Alex was awesome. Needed a sewage line auger on a Sunday; he reached out within 10 minutes and was on site in less than an hour. He allowed me to be involved with the fix, from explaining what we were looking at in the camera, to providing advice on next steps. Couldn't have been more knowledgeable or friendly.

Travis is Awesome! While the washer was spinning, the water backed up to my kitchen sink and my toilet bowls. I called Rooter Man and within 1/2 hour Travis came; he scoped the pipe and found bellies which cause backups; he managed to get it unclogged; then found a second outlet pipe and checked to be sure it was not clogged. Everything is 'back to normal'; thank you a ton, Travis--you are one in a million.

From my first call to the office I was treated so professionally! Kim made sure I had an appointment right away, which is important when you can't flush your toilet!!! Travis took care of my issue in no time and the charge was super reasonable. When he was snaking out my lines he called me over to see that the old cast iron sewer pipe in the house I just purchased was narrowed and needed to be replaced. He never pressured me, he simply presented the facts and video which was enough.
They finished replacing the line today and once again great work, fast and reasonable!! I hope I never need them again but if I do I am confident the job will be done right!!
