Roscoe's Great Barbeque

So, what's the story with Roscoe's Root Beer & Ribs anyway? It all began back in 1981. Steve Roscoe Ross and his wonderful wife Barbara decided to chase the American Dream of owning their own restaurant. They came across an old A&W Root Beer stand on fourth St SE Rochester, Minnesota. Roscoe and Barbara decided the 1st thing to do was tear down the drive-in awning. They painted the restaurant bright orange and started their pursuit of the finest BBQ in America. When they hit on the correct sauce and ideal meat, they entered the National Rib cook off in Cleveland and interestingly enough.
