read moreRose Talbert was started in 1919 by W. H. Rose. His first plant was located on Daloz Drive in Columbia, SC. In 1973, the business was sold to Robert B. Walker Jr., whose family continues to run the business today. In 1976, the plant was relocated to the Cayce - West Columbia area for further expansion. Rose Talbert Paint Company was built off of the core values of providing a quality product, and exceptional service to our customers. Rose Talbert is a 3rd generation, family owned business that has been continuously manufacturing paint in the Columbia area since 1919.
