Eva S. Roza is founder and president of Roza Real Estate Loans. She is a pioneer in her profession, which has very few woman-managed and owned businesses. Under Eva's leadership the firm has expanded to nearly 200 investors with a portfolio of over $45 million. Eva holds a California Real Estate Broker's license and has kept current on new laws and finest practices through over 300 hours of continuing education in approved California Department of Real Estate training. She holds a California Financial Lenders (CFL) License and a California Department of Corporations Permit.
