We currently have begun our regular season training on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:00 - 9:00 at Benning-Stoddert Rec Center (on East Capitol Street SE) After training on thursdays we head over to Hamilton's for some grub and cold PBR so plan accordingly.
