Russell Fote and Associates was set up January 1, 1996 by Russell Fote, a Registered Professional Engineer and Board Certified Safety Professional with over twenty years of safety engineering experience. For 17 years prior to founding the company, Mr. Fote was a senior engineer with CIGNA Loss Control Services in their special risk group. Responsibilities included the development and implementation of safety engineering and loss control management services for major corporations. For four years prior, he was a safety engineer with Wausau Insurance responsible for delivering safety engineering services to commercial, and industrial customers. He has held various design engineering positions with several construction equipment manufacturers.
