Saddle Rock School-Gymnastics

A quality gymnastics sports program for kids can play a tremendous part in a child's development toward a healthy, active adulthood. Gymnastics supplies a range of movement which develops muscular coordination, flexibility and a positive self image. We believe positive yet disciplined activities can be a life style. An advanced class for girls that meets two days a week. Students must have these accomplished skills: round off with multiple back handsprings, front handspring, front tuck, cartwheel on high beam, glide kip on bars, front handspring on vaulting table. Includes strength and flexibility conditioning.
