Charles Hack Sain established the company Sain Associates, formerly Charles H. Sain Associates, to fill a void of non-communication between the Engineer, Architect, and Contractor. Sain Associates was incorporated in 1972 with two employees and now has more than 70 employees. Now under its 3rd generation of leadership, Sain Associates is a one-stop-shop for all of the site engineering requirements of our customers - Land Surveying, Traffic Engineering, Infrastructure Design, and Site Development Planning for numerous land development projects and markets.
