The Sambuca Legacy started in Dallas May of 1991. Co-Owners, as well as brother-sister partnership, Kim and Holly Forsythe began the Sambuca concept with a wealth of creativity, energy and imagination that thought outside the box. Unbeknownst to their expectations, Sambuca would become a phenomenon hailing a public demand for locations in other places outside Downtown Dallas. It all started with a tiny eclectic location in an artsy, warehouse district of Dallas which later grown into a tiny National chain of five locations; Dallas, North Dallas, Atlanta, Houston, and Nashville.
