Sandlot Baseball-Fastpitch ACD

At Sandlot, we supply hands-on training and guidance by trained instructors and coaches. Students learn the fundamentals of baseball and softball using simple drills and visual / tactile learning systems. Our training programs use drills and exercises designed to increase the player's strength and speed which is beneficial in all parts of the game.
