Santana Piano Movers was extremely courteous with moving in our new Clavinova to our apartment in Koreatown and helping to move our former Roland keyboard to a friend's apartment. From the front desk staff that will take calls after business hours, to their professional drivers, they go out of their way to make sure you feel confident and cared for about moving your precious instruments while being extremely flexible about honoring your schedule. Great company!
No wonder companies like Keyboard Concepts uses Santana. This is the second time I use them in 10 years. They were extremely careful in making sure that my baby (grand) was very well taken care of when moving.Upon arrival to its new location and seeing that I had just installed new carpeting, they went out of their way to protect it by covering it with clean blankets.
After reassembling my Yamaha, one of the movers proceeded to clean part of the lid which after 10 years had lost its original luster. It looked like new once more!
I wouldn't think of ever using any other company!
