Scarpacci's Pizzeria & Pasta was founded by owner Bradley T. Smutzer in October of 1999 in Naperville IL. With over ten years spent in the restaurant industry, Brad and Scarpacci's bring new ideas, innovative recipes and tons of knowledge to the Naperville area. In February of 2001, Adam D. Talbert of Marchinetti's Catering of Winfield joined Brad at the Naperville location. This merger enables us to share talent, recipes and client lists and assists us to gain a greater number of businesses around the area.
