Mr. Scholz brings more than three decades of transactional real estate experience to his law practice. Indeed, he put himself through law school working as a real estate broker in Southern Alameda County. He has been licensed by the California Department of Real Estate since 1977, and a real estate broker since 1979. An American Juris Prudence award winner in law school, Mr. Scholz has taught college courses in business law and California Department of Real Estate approved courses in real estate law. He actively litigated real estate cases for more than 22 years.
